This guide demonstrates the complete workflow for managing visitor check-ins using Remote Guarding. Learn how to scan driver licenses, search for hosts, and properly record visitor data for secure facility access.

2. This is the initial remote guarding screen that you see when a call comes in from the AllBox.
3. This is the remote guard screen that includes the AllBox camera/video.
4. Click here to search for a Host.
5. Next you would request the visitor to scan their driver's license.
6. Then you would click on the Receive Data button.
7. You can search for the visitor DL scan if necessary.
8. Then you can Create Visitor from DL Scan.
9. Fill in any additional information and click Admit Visitor.
10. You can simply create a Visitor for the Host.
11. You don't want to use the delivery option in a community that wants to track every vehicle to a host address. The delivery option is only going to capture the vehicle coming in with a driver's first and last name and license plate. Don't use the delivery option if you need to associate a visitor at the AllBox with a resident address.
