1. Log in to your Site and Post. Navigate to the Field Operations module and select the "Smart Tour" icon.

2. After clicking, you will be given two options: Create or List.

3. Each site will have its own site tours, and you will be creating a new entry to the predetermined location and steps.

4. Select the tour you are about to process and click ok to continue.

5. To start after selecting your tour click "Continue".

6. Each Smart Tour starts with "Checkpoints", which are NFC scan tags posted at various locations around your site. You are required to go to each location and scan the checkpoint.

7. Click "OK" to continue.

8. This is where your selected tour will populate.

9. Next we will select a different tour to show different tasks and options.

10. With "Lot 1", you can see there are tasks with options. Click "-Select-" to see the options available for each.

11. After clicking your option click "OK" to continue.

12. Click on the 3 bars icon.

13. This let's you see the checkpoints that have not been scanned for the tour.

14. Click the 3 bars icon to go back to the previous page

15. After or during your tour you have the option to save your progress by clicking the green save button, as well as activating a flashlight with the yellow button, and contacting who is pre-programmed with the blue contact button.

16. When you are done with a tour click the 3 dots icon all the way in the top right section.

17. You will be given 3 options: "Cancel Tour", "Pause Tour", and "Finish Tour".
