How To Correct, Update, or Change a Property Address

To correct a property address you would go to Admin/General Admin/Site Admin/General Site Settings/Site Location Settings

Then select "Properties" and pull up the incorrect address to correct it.

After the address is corrected you will need to remove the incorrect address from the Host account and save it. Pull up the resident's name and add the corrected property address.

Here is an example of how to remove the words "Vacant Lot" from an address:

Remove the incorrect property from the host account and save.

Then add the new property under "Site Location Settings" if it is not already there.

Go back to the host record and add the correct property.
