1. Navigate to the TEKWave web portal, click the Administration tab on the left side, then click General Administration.
2. Click Access Credentials.
3. Click Add New.
4. Starting from the top left, fill out the form. First, select the format/facility code.
5. In this example, "PIN Codes [FC - 99]".
6. Click "Active?"
7. Click the "Credential Number" field and enter the credential number (usually found on the credential itself).
8. In this example, it is "12345".
9. Select the credential type; in this example, "PIN."
10. Enter the valid date for when the credential will start being active. To choose from a calendar, click this button.
11. If you need to have the credential start immediately, choose 1 day before to account for clock differences on the controller.
12. If assigning to a host, choose the host from the dropdown or type their name.
13. Select the host when you see their name.
14. Select the access group this credential needs. This is the reader group and schedule that determines when and where this credential will unlock a door or grant access at a gate.
15. Double click the access group or click the [>] button to move it into selected.
16. Click "Save" to save the credential.
