How To Add a New Pass Type
This document provides step-by-step instructions on how to add a new pass type in the Administration panel.
1. Navigate to Administration/General Administration/Operations/Visitor Management Settings.
2. Select the 'Pass Type' tab from the horizontal navigation bar.
3. In the 'Types:' dropdown, select '--Add New Type--'.
Under Pass Details: Fill in the 'Name:' field with the desired pass type name.
Optionally, fill in the 'Abbreviation:' field.
Set the 'Max Duration (Hours):' as needed.
Set the 'Pass Scan Limit (0 = Unlimited):' as needed.
Configure the "Pass Scan Options" checkboxes as required.
4. In the 'Printing Pass:' dropdown, select the desired option.
Enter the 'Printer Address:' if applicable.
Click the 'Save Pass Type Settings' button to save your changes.
