Portal Login
Administration Access
1. Navigate to General Administration via the sidebar menu
2. Select "- TEKWave Headquarters" from the site scope dropdown
3. Click "Hosts" to open the Host Directory
Host Management
4. Click here.
Account Status Toggling
5. Select "De-Activate User Login Account" from the host's more actions menu
6. Click "Confirm" to de-activate the user account
7. Select "Activate User Login Account" from the host's more actions menu
8. Click "Confirm" to re-activate the user account
