You can't delete a Pass Type, but you can deactivate it so that it will no longer show as an option.

1. Go to Administration/General Administration

2. Click on Visitor Management Settings

3. Go to Pass Type

4. Select the dropdown.

5. Choose the pass type to modify.

6. Uncheck any of the options and then Save.
