1. How to Apply a Hold Open Schedule to a Reader.
Log in to the portal. Make sure there is already a schedule created to use for the hold open. If not, please go to "How to Create a Schedule" first.
Click "Administration".
2. Click "General Administration".
3. Click "Access Control Settings".
4. Click on Readers.
5. Select the "Reader" from the drop down.
6. Select the "Schedule" from the drop down.
7. Click "Save".
8. Click "Select Controller" dropdown to select the Controller to push the reader schedule to.
9. Click "Push All Readers To Controller".
Follow this guide to apply and sync a hold open schedule with the necessary controller.
Administration Access
1. Click Administration
2. Select General Administration
Site and Reader Selection
3. Click filter sites and type and select your current site
4. Select Reader(s)
5. Double-click the reader's schedule you want to change
Reader Schedule Configuration
6. Select 24/7 for the Open/Unlock Schedule and then click save
Controller Synchronization
7. Click sync with controllers then select the correct controller the reader is attached to and click sync now.
