How To View AllBox Activity Logs

(Visitors who enter via the AllBox)

If you are referring to the Access Control Transactions, that page is for access credentials, such as RFID tags, barcodes, prox cards, etc.

AllBox access logs (visitors who enter via the AllBox) can be accessed through the General Administration page. I've included a screenshot below for reference on where to find the Activity Log.

Portal Navigation

1. Sign in to the TEKControl Portal.

2. Expand the Administration menu.

3. Navigate to General Administration.

Site Selection

4. Enter your site name in the "Filter sites" field.

5. Select the site.

Activity Logs Review

6. Open Activity Logs.

7. Open AllBox dropdown menu.

8. Open Activity Type dropdown menu.

9. Open Filters.

10. Close Activity Logs window
