How To Change a Username for a Host Account
A resident calls you and has a new email address, and they want to change their username for their property account to their new email address.
(This should not be done for a seller, move-out & buyer, move-in situation. Please see our documentation for that process.)
Go To:
Administration/General Administration/Host Settings
Pull up the host account you need to edit.
Click on the 3 dots and select: Delete User Login Account, and confirm.
Click on the 3 dots again and now select: Add User Login Account, and confirm.
Enter the new email address for the username and assign a temporary password. (We use Welcome1)
Select Submit.
Give your resident this information, and they can reset their password when they log in for the first time with the new username. All of their account activity will still be there.

1. How To Change a Username for a Host Account.

Log in to the "New Portal."
2. Click "Administration."
3. Click "General Administration."
4. Host settings.
5. Enter the host name in the "Host Name/Address/Lot" search field.
6. Click on the three dots.
7. Select "Delete User Login Account."
8. Click "Confirm."
9. User Account now says -No Account-.
10. Click on the three dots again.
11. This time, you want to "Add User Login Account."
12. Click "Confirm."
13. Enter the new email address and a password. We use Welcome1 or Security1. Your Host can change the password when they log in.
14. Click "Submit."
If you refresh your screen, you will see the new User Account that you just created.
