I am getting a "purple !" (Java Error) in TEKControl
I am getting a "purple !" when trying to do something in TEKControl.
This is a Java error. Typically, something is not set up correctly in the customer account. A default or required field is not set.
- I am getting the error when going to the profile settings in the host portal.
- Check to make sure "Residential" is checked under Admin/General Admin/General Site Settings.
- Be sure the "Enable EPass" box is checked in the Host Settings/Host Account on the General tab.
