I Don’t Know My Username
Typically, your username is the email address we have on file that we received from your community. However, you must register your property account before you can log in to our portal or app.
If you didn’t receive the registration email when your community went live with TEKWave Solutions, send us an email at support@tekwavesolutionssupport.zendesk.com.
Please include the following:
- Full Name
- Name of your Community
- Property Address
- Email Address
- Phone Number
We will promptly send you another registration email and follow up with you to make sure you receive it.
