How to add a visitor using their license plate information

If your community is using License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras, by adding a visitor’s license plate information, they will be granted access without having to stop at the guardhouse or AllBox. The camera will read the license, and the gate will automatically open.

• Go to https://webapp.tekcontrol-site.com/
• Click the green Add Visitor Button

• Enter Visitor Information
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Company Name (if applicable)
• Select Destination from the drop-down
• Select Type from the drop-down
• Enter Vehicle License

• Plate number of the visitor
• No spaces or dashes required

• Enter any notes
• Click Save
