How to Add a Visitor

1. Go to https://webapp.tekcontrol-site.com/
2. Click the green Add Visitor Button

3. Enter Visitor Information

1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. Company Name (if applicable)
4. Select Destination from the drop-down
5. Select Type from the drop-down
6. Enter Contact Email
7. Enter Contact Phone – Please enter a cell phone number if sending an ePass
8. Enter any notes
9. Click Save or Save & Send E-Pass (if available). |If you end an E-Pass, the visitor will receive a text with a QR code to their cell phone number.

*Not all communities allow the ePass feature. If you do not see this, it is not activated in your community.*
