How To View a List of My Visitors using the Web Portal

  1. Access the portal by going to the following URL: https://webapp.tekcontrol-site.com/
  2. Enter Username and Password
  3. Click Sign In

  1. Click the Blue Visitors button

  1. This shows a list of all your visitors.

  1. Column 1 shows the SCHEDULED date of your visitor. This is the original date you entered them into the system
  2. Column 2 shows the Visitor's name and the pass type of the visitor
  3. Column 3 shows that they are scheduled
  4. Column 4 is the Expiration of the pass, if applicable.

  5. You can click the filters on the top right of the screen to change what is shown on the screen.
