In some communities Family Member access is managed by the local property management. If you are unable to add/edit/delete, you will need to reach out to your local resource.
1. Log into your account on your mobile device. Click on the three bars at the top left.
2. Click on My Profile.
3. At the bottom center, click on the Household tab.
4. Click the three dots of the family member you wish to delete.
5. Click Delete Household.
