1. Tap the "password change" button at the bottom, with the underlined 3 asterisk icon.

2. The "password change" screen will appear. Type in your username, which most often is your email address, and press "Submit". If the username is valid and the email address associated with your account is valid, you will receive an email with further instructions.

Make sure to check your spam folders as well in case you do not receive the email.

3. The email you receive will look similar to this. Click the link in the email to proceed.

4. The final step is to change your password. Confirm your username from the first step, and then type in your new password twice, including the "Confirm Password" field. When done, click "Submit". You can now go back to the mobile application and login using the same username and your new password.
