Not all communities have the E-Pass module enabled. If you don't see the Save and Send E-Pass option, reach out to your local property management office to inquire.
1. Sign in to your account with your mobile device.
2. From the home screen, click on Visitors at the bottom center.
3. Click the red circle with the plus sign.
4. You can add from either your contact list or create a new visitor.
5. Start adding in the information. First name, last name, destination, etc,.
6. Be sure to add the Contact Phone number to send the epass to.
7. Then click Save & Send EPass.
8. Your visitor will receive a text message with a link. To receive the QR code, the visitor will click on the link in the text message.
9. That brings up the QR code that they can scan for entry into your community.
