My Visitor Pass is not working

An "invalid pass" error may occur if the E-Pass feature is not activated in your community or if the visitor’s contact phone number was not entered correctly. Please ensure the resident has sent you a valid E-Pass and that your cell phone number was used for delivery.
Make sure the visitor is using the most recent pass. Each time a change is made, a new pass needs to be sent. Or, more than likely, the pass has expired, the host has made a change and not sent the new pass, etc.
You can look up pass numbers as well to see if they are active or inactive. Or the visitor record was updated and a new pass number issued that wasn't used. The original pass would become inactive, even though it looks to be a valid pass still.
Select your community to download and install on your mobile device. If your community is not listed, your app is not branded, and you will need to install the TEKControl Visitor Management app.
