1. The first thing you will notice is a new dashboard landing page and the navigation menu now being located across the bottom of the app.
2. At the top of the dashboard you will see a list of your upcoming scheduled visitors for this week. Tapping on a visitor in the "Upcoming Visitors" list, will slide open a quick view of the visitor, where you can also edit or delete the visitor.
3. Tap on the "Visitors" menu option at the bottom to display your visitor lists. You can filter by searching in the "Search" field, as well as selecting to display your "Permanent", "Temporary", or "Expired" visitors.
Tap on the plus button at the bottom to add a new visitor.
4. You can now add a new visitor from your phone contact list as well, or create a new visitor manually.
5. When adding or saving a visitor, you will see a button with 3 dots. Tapping this button will give you the action options to proceed.
This concept applies to all other views in the application when saving data.
6. On the parties/events page, you can edit an existing party by tapping on it, or add a new party by clicking the plus button at the bottom.
7. When adding or editing a party/event, you will now notice the attendee list at the bottom of the main view. Tapping the add button will slide open your options to either create a new visitor, or select an existing one.
8. Tap the check mark when finished.
9. Tapping the app menu button at the top left corner, will slide open the menu view. This view includes two menu options for "Home" (includes all the previous options like Dashboard, Visitors, etc.), as well as "My Profile" , which will allow you to edit your profile.
It also includes a quick view of your profile details.
10. After navigating to your profile section, you will again see your navigation options at the bottom of the screen. To edit your main profile, tap the pencil in the top right corner.
11. When finished, tap the 3 dots action button at the top. You can also change your password in that popup menu.
12. Tap the checkmark on the notifications page to save.
13. In all the other profile sections, tap the plus button to add new, or the 3 dots to edit an item.
14. Again, in all the other profile sections, tap the checkmark to save when adding or editing.
15. If member ID card is enabled for your account, you will see the menu option at the bottom.
16. If mobile credentials are enabled for your account, you will see the option at the bottom as "Access"
17. To gain access to the guide again after dismissing, slide open the main menu, and tap the "Guide" button.
