How do I set up visitors using my computer?

 How to set up Visitors using the Web Portal

1. Access the portal by going to the following URL: https://webapp.tekcontrol-site.com/
2. Enter Username and Password
3. Click Sign In

4. Tap Add Visitor
   • 
5. Enter First Name
6. Enter Last Name
7. Select Destination from drop-down
8. Select Type from drop-down
9. Choose Schedule Date
10. Enter Contact Phone
11. Contact Phone is required if you choose to send an E-Pass
12. Click Save or Save and Send E-PASS
13. If you have the option to send an E-PASS your visitor will be sent a text message with a QR code to be allowed access

14. You will see a pop-up that says “Success Visitor updated successfully.”
