How To Add a New Host/Owner/Resident
Almost everything you will do as an admin is under:
"Administration"
"General Administration"
"Host Settings"
Add New Host - Enter the First Name, Last Name, Type, Email, Phone, check the "Send Self Registration" box, then Save Host. Pull back up and go to the Properties tab to select their address and be sure to check the Primary Property box. The only time this box is not checked is if someone owns more than one property in the community and you are adding their additional properties to their primary account.
You do not want to re-use an existing host/owner/resident by typing the new owner in place of the existing one. This will not delete the old owner visitor & credential information. Always delete the seller and Add New Host for the buyer.
