Do Not Use Quotation Marks (“xxx”) for a Nickname 

Use Single Apostrophes instead (‘xxx’)

The TEKWave software does not accept quotation marks (“xxx”) for a nickname.  You need to use single apostrophes (‘xxx’) instead. 

1. Log into TEKControl https://webapp.tekcontrol-site.com/ 
2. Click Administration 
3. Click General Administration
4. Click Host Settings
5. Add New Host or modify an existing host
6. Make changes then click Save
