How do I add a pet to my family profile using my mobile device?

1. Open the TEKControl Visitor Management application on your mobile device

2. Enter in your username and password
3. Tap ‘Remember Me’ so you don’t have to reenter your credentials every time
4. Tap Sign In

5. Tap Hamburger Bar at top left

6. Tap Profile

7. Tap Pets

8. Tap Red +

9. Tap Photo Icon

10. Tap Allow on any messages that popup

11. Take picture of your pet
12. Tap OK
13. Enter Pet details accordingly
14. Tap SAVE PET

How do I add my pet to my profile using the web application?

1. Access the portal by going to the following URL: https://webapp.tekcontrol-site.com/
2. Enter Username and Password
3. Click Sign In

4. Click the sprocket or gear at the top right corner
5. Click Profile Settings

6. Click Pets

7. Enter pet information accordingly
8. Click Save
9. You will get a message at bottom right
