How do I view a list of my visitors using the mobile app?

1. Open the TEKControl Visitor Management application and your mobile device

2. Enter in your username and password, if needed
3. Tap ‘Remember Me’ to save your credentials, if preferred (you will not have to enter your user name and password again)
4. Tap Sign In, if needed

5. Tap Hamburger Bar at top left

6. Tap Visitors

7. This will open to your list of permanent visitors

8. To see Temporary Visitors, TAP Temporary at the bottom.

9. A list of your Temporary visitors will show

10. This will tell the name of the visitor and how long their pass is for.

How do I view a list of my visitors using my computer?

1. Access the portal by going to the following URL: https://webapp.tekcontrol-site.com/
2. Enter Username and Password
3. Click Sign In

4. Click the Blue Visitors button

5. This shows a list of all your visitors

6. Column 1 shows the SCHEDULED date of your visitor. This is the original date you entered them into the system
7. Column 2 shows the Visitor's name and the pass type of the visitor
8. Column 3 shows that they are scheduled
9. Column 4 is the Expiration of the pass, if applicable.
10. You can click the filters on the top right of the screen to change what is shown on the screen.
