How To update my password using the mobile app

1. Open the TEKControl Visitor Management application on your mobile device

2. Enter your username and password if needed
3. Tap ‘Remember Me’ to save your credentials
4. Tap Sign In

5. Tap Hamburger Bar at the top left

6. Tap Profile

7. Scroll Down to the bottom
8. Tap Change Password

9. Enter your new password in both fields

10. Click Save
11. You will have a message that says the password changed

How To update my password using my computer

1. Access the portal by going to the following URL: https://webapp.tekcontrol-site.com/
2. Enter Username and Password
3. Click Sign In

4. Click the sprocket or gear at the top right corner

5. Click Profile Settings

6. Click change password

7. Enter your new password
8. Confirm your new password

9. Click Save
10. You will receive a message that your Password updated successfully

11. Click the  to close the window
