How To add an emergency contact using the mobile app

1. Open the TEKControl Visitor Management application and your mobile device

2. Enter in your username and password if needed
3. Tap ‘Remember Me’ to save your credentials
4. Tap Sign In

5. Tap Hamburger Bar at top left

6. Tap Profile

7. Scroll Down until you see Emergency Contact Name
8. Enter Emergency Contact details
   • Emergency Contact Name
   • Emergency Contact Phone
   • Emergency Contact Email

9. Tap UPDATE

How To add an emergency contact using my computer

1. Access the portal by going to the following URL: https://webapp.tekcontrol-site.com/
2. Enter Username and Password
3. Click Sign In

4. Click the sprocket or gear at the top right corner
5. Click Profile Settings

6. Scroll down to Emergency Contact        
7. Enter Contact Information

8. Click Save
9. You will get a message that your profile was updated successfully
