How To set up visitors using the mobile app

1. Open the TEKControl Visitor Management application on your mobile device

2. Enter in your username and password if needed
3. Tap ‘Remember Me’ to save your credentials
4. Tap Sign In

5. Tap Hamburger Bar at top left

6. Tap Visitors

7. Tap the red +

1. Enter First Name
2. Enter Last Name
3. Select Destination from drop-down
4. Select Visitor Type from drop-down
5. Select Schedule Date (if applicable)
6. Select Expire Date (if applicable)
7. Enter Contact Email
8. Enter Contact Phone
   • Contact Phone is required if you choose to send an E-Pass
9. Click Save or Save and Send E-PASS
   • If you have the option to send an E-PASS your visitor will be sent a text message with a QR code to be allowed access

 How To set up Visitors using my computer

1. Access the portal by going to the following URL: https://webapp.tekcontrol-site.com/

2. Enter Username and Password

3. Click Sign In

4. Tap Add Visitor

   • 

5. Enter First Name

6. Enter Last Name

7. Select Destination from drop-down

8. Select Type from drop-down

9. Choose Schedule Date

10. Enter Contact Phone

11. Contact Phone is required if you choose to send an E-Pass

12. Click Save or Save and Send E-PASS

13. If you have the option to send an E-PASS your visitor will be sent a text message with a QR code to be allowed access

14. You will see a popup that says “Success Visitor updated successfully”
