How To set up Visitor Alerts/Notifications using the mobile app

1. Open the TEKControl Visitor Management application on your mobile device

2. Enter in your username and password if needed
3. Tap ‘Remember Me’ to save your credentials
4. Tap Sign In

5. Tap Hamburger Bar at the top left

6. Tap Profile

7. Scroll Down to Opt-In Notifications

8. Tap any Email or SMS (Text) alerts you choose

1. 1. If the toggle is on the right and colored it is considered "ON”

9. Tap UPDATE

 How To set up Visitor Alerts/Notifications using my computer

1. Access the portal by going to the following URL: https://webapp.tekcontrol-site.com/
2. Enter Username and Password
3. Click Sign In

4. Click the sprocket or gear at the top right corner

5. Click Profile Settings

6. Click Profile

7. Check Any Email or Text (SMS) notifications you would like to receive

8. Click Save
9. You will see a popup that says “Your profile was updated successfully”
