How To Create a Visitor E-Pass

How To set up a visitor and send an E-Pass using the mobile app

Open the TEKControl Visitor Management application on your mobile device

Enter your username and password if needed

Tap ‘Remember Me’ to save your credentials

Tap Sign In

Tap Hamburger Bar at the top left

Tap Visitors

Tap the red +

Enter First Name

Enter Last Name

Select Destination from drop-down

Select Visitor Type from the drop-down

Select Schedule Date (if applicable)

Select Expire Date (if applicable)

Enter Contact Email of your visitor if you want to email them an e-pass.

Enter Contact Phone (Contact Phone of your visitor is required if you choose to send an E-Pass)

Click Save or Save and Send E-PASS  (If you have the option to send an E-PASS your visitor will be sent a text message with a QR code for access.)

How To set up a Visitor and send an E-Pass using my computer 

Access the portal by going to the following URL: https://webapp.tekcontrol-site.com/

Enter Username and Password

Click Sign In

Tap Add Visitor

Enter First Name

Enter Last Name

Select Destination from drop-down

Select Type from the drop-down

Choose Schedule Date

Enter Contact Phone  (Contact Phone of your visitor is required if you choose to send an E-Pass)

Click Save or Save and Send E-PASS  (If you have the option to send an E-PASS your visitor will be sent a text message with a QR code for access.)
