I am getting a purple ! when trying to do something in TEKControl
This is a Java error. Typically something is not set up correctly in the customer account. A default or required field is not set, or something like that.
- I am getting the error when going to the profile settings in the host portal.
- Check to make sure residential is checked under admin/general admin/general site settings
