How To extend an expired visitor pass

From the web portal

1. Log in at: https://webapp.tekcontrol-site.com/
2. Enter your username and password if needed
3. Click the blue “Visitors” button  
4. If the visitor has an expiration date it will show in the last red field
5. If you need to extend the expiration date click the ellipsis to the left  
6. Click Edit                                                                       
7. Edit the Expiration Date  
8. Click Save or Save and send ePass

From the mobile app

1. Log into the mobile app
2. Tap the three lines at the top left
3. Tap Visitors                                               
4. Tap the EXPIRED button                                             
5. Tap the Visitor you need to update
6. Scroll down to the Expiration Date and tap
7. Adjust the date as needed
8. Click Save, or Save and Send ePass
