How To change a Password as an Administrator
As an administrator of the TekControl Portal, there may be instances where you will need to update a password for a user. If you are a User Administrator or Site Administrator, you will have permission to edit and update users as needed.
Logged in as a User Administrator or Site Administrator, access the TekControl Web Portal: https://webapp.tekcontrol-site.com/
In the navigation bar, click on Administration, which will give you a drop-down where you can access User Administration. Click on User Administration to be brought to the User List.
You may double-click on the user you wish to edit or click the "Actions" button on the right to bring up the User Sidebar.
Enter a new password and confirm it in the two boxes marked. Make sure to hit save to preserve the newly updated password.
The user will now be able to use the newly updated password to log in to the TekControl Portal.
