How To Delete or Edit a Visitor from the Web Portal

Click on the 3 dots to the right side of the visitor you want to edit or delete.

How To Delete or Edit a Visitor from the Mobile App

Tap Hamburger Bar at the top left

Tap Visitors

Select Permanent or Temporary

Select the visitor you wish to delete or edit

Make your changes and scroll to the bottom to Save or Save & Send E-Pass

Or if deleting scroll down to the bottom and select Delete Visitor
